What You'll See
The page displays a table of your top 50 customers, ranked from highest to lowest by their lifetime number of buys. The table includes the following columns:
Column | Description |
# | Rank number based on total buys |
ID | The customer's unique ID in the system |
Phone Number | The customer's phone number on file |
Name | The customer's first and last name |
Number of Buys | Total lifetime buys for this customer |
Buys Last 30 Days | How many buys the customer has made in the last 30 days |
Searching and Sorting
The table includes a Search box in the upper-right corner. Type a name, phone number, or customer ID to quickly filter the list.
You can click any column header to re-sort the table. By default, customers are sorted by Number of Buys from highest to lowest. Sorting by Buys Last 30 Days can help you spot customers who have been especially active recently.
Tip: Sort by Buys Last 30 Days to see who your most active recent customers are. A customer with a high lifetime total but zero recent buys may need a follow-up to bring them back in.
How to Use This Page
Recognize your VIPs. The customers at the top of this list are your most loyal buyers. Make sure your team knows who they are and treats them accordingly.
Target loyalty outreach. Customers near the top of the list are great candidates for loyalty programs, exclusive offers, or personalized follow-ups.
Spot declining activity. Compare the Number of Buys column with Buys Last 30 Days. A long-time top customer with no recent activity might be worth reaching out to.
