What Is the Completed Buys View?

The Completed Buys view shows all buy transactions that have been fully processed for the current day. This is where you go to review finished buys, check out customers, and verify that all transactions have been properly closed.

How to Access Completed Buys

There are two ways to reach Completed Buys:

  1. Sidebar Navigation -- Click Completed Buys (checkmark icon) in the left sidebar

  2. Direct URL -- Navigate to /{your-store-code}/completed/ (e.g., /ou00/completed/)

Both methods load the Completed Buys view within the workspace, keeping your SPA navigation and real-time connection intact.

Understanding the Grid

The Completed Buys grid displays a table of today's processed buys with the following columns:

Column

Description

Checkout

A checkmark button to mark the buy as "checked out" (customer picked up)

Buy #

The buy number for this transaction

Name

The customer's full name

# Bins

How many bins/containers were in this buy

Dropped Off

The time the customer dropped off their items

Sort Completed

When the sorting step was finished

Processed

When the buy was fully completed

Sorter

The team member who sorted the buy

Buyer

The team member who processed/bought the items

Previous-Day Buys

If a buy was dropped off on a previous day but completed today, the "Dropped Off" time is shown in bold with two asterisks (**) to call attention to it. A note at the bottom of the table explains this convention.

Checking Out Buys

When a customer comes to pick up their payment or items, click the checkmark button in the first column of their row. This marks the buy as "checked out," which:

  • Grays out the row to indicate it is complete

  • Removes the checkout button (since it is already done)

  • Updates the record in the system

Checked-out rows are visually distinct (dimmed) so you can quickly see which customers have already been handled.

Refreshing the Data

Click the Refresh button in the page header to reload the completed buys data. This is useful if:

  • A new buy was just completed and is not showing yet

  • You want to confirm that a checkout action was saved properly

  • Another team member completed a buy and you want to see the update

Syncfusion Grid (Enhanced Mode)

If your store has the embedded chat feature enabled, the Completed Buys view uses a Syncfusion Grid instead of the standard DataTable. This enhanced grid includes:

  • An additional SMS status column showing the messaging state for each customer

  • Built-in sorting and filtering on all columns

  • Improved rendering performance for stores with many daily buys

  • Integration with the Chat Panel for quick access to customer conversations

Tips

  • Check this view throughout the day to stay on top of which customers still need to pick up

  • Look for unchecked rows at the end of the day -- these are customers who have not been checked out yet

  • Previous-day buys (marked with **) may need special attention since they have been waiting longer

  • Use the Refresh button if the view seems stale, especially during busy periods when many buys are being completed simultaneously

The Completed Buys view shows today's data by default. For historical transaction data and detailed timing statistics, use the Buy Log view instead.
