BuyerKiosk's Analytics suite gives you a data-driven view of your store's performance across six specialized dashboards. This article walks you through each one so you know where to find the insights that matter most.
The Financial Analytics dashboard showing revenue trends, margins, and profitability metrics.
Accessing Analytics
Open your admin panel and click Reports in the left sidebar.
Select Analytics from the expanded menu.
You will land on the Financial dashboard by default.
Use the navigation tabs at the top of the page to switch between the six dashboards:
Dashboard | What It Shows |
Financial | Revenue, margins, return rates, year-over-year comparisons |
Inventory | Stock velocity, days-to-sale, category momentum |
Pricing | Brand/subcategory pricing health, overpriced and opportunity alerts |
Retention | Seller return rates, cohort analysis, visit frequency |
Stores | Peer store benchmarking with anonymized comparisons |
Wait Time | Customer wait patterns, NPS correlation, staffing recommendations |
Date Range Filters
Every dashboard includes a date range picker in the top-right corner. Choose from preset ranges or set a custom window:
7 Days -- Quick snapshot of the past week
14 Days -- Two-week trend view
30 Days -- Monthly overview (default)
60 / 90 Days -- Longer-term trends
MTD -- Month to date
YTD -- Year to date
Changing the date range reloads all charts and KPI cards on the current dashboard automatically.

Brand pricing health analysis showing overpriced items and opportunity alerts.
The Pricing dashboard evaluates whether your items are priced appropriately based on sell-through speed and margin.
KPI Cards:
Total Combos -- Number of brand/subcategory combinations analyzed
Overpriced -- Items selling slowly with eroding margins (>45 days, <60% margin)

Healthy % -- Percentage of combinations with balanced pricing
Alert Panels:
Overpriced Alerts -- Lists brand/subcategory pairs that may need price reductions

The main data grid lets you sort, filter, and page through all combinations with color-coded health indicators.
